Sorry about the glare and fuzziness, they are pictures of pictures.

We haven't agreed on any boys names. We each like certain trends. I like Chason, Braxton, Dayton, or Colson. Hottie likes Cooper, Parker or Piper.

What we had agreed upon (but won't be using) was Adderlyn Kathryn for a girl. But we're done thankyouverymuch!

My THREE sons!

It's a BOY!!!!!

Guess the gender...

One week from today at 9:15 we have my ultrasound appointment to check on the baby's health and hopefully see the gender of #3.

Although I don't "believe" any of following 'wives tales' they sure have been fun to survey my pregnancy/self over the last few months. So here are my results and now YOU guess what it is!

His/her heartbeat at the last appointment
It was around 150 = GIRL

Stare into a mirror and if your eyes dilate it’s a boy
No dilating but I did get a little cross-eyed = GIRL

Check your broken blood vessels in your lower eyelid, if there is a V in the left eye it’s a girl
The V is in my right eye = BOY

If your hair gets thinner and stringier with your pregnancy, it’s a girl.
It certainly is different from my other pregnancies but I don't think you can call it "thin" by any means! Just less volume = GIRL

Does the hair grow faster on your legs? If so, a boy is on the way.
DEFINITELY slower = GIRL

If your legs get larger during pregnancy, a boy is on the way.
Seriously? What doesn't get larger during pregnancy? I don't think I have elephantitis or anything = GIRL

If your fingernails grow faster, a boy is on the way.
Faster & stronger = BOY

If your backside is bigger, a girl is on the way.

Again with the bigger. We are talking pregnancy here folks! But yes (if I had to pick between legs or backside) my backside is bigger = GIRL

If your face is getting larger, a girl is on the way.
You decide: July 2010 & Feb 2011I don't see a difference = BOY

If your feet are colder, a boy is on the way.
Yep=BOY

If breathing is more difficult during pregnancy, a boy is on the way.
Only after I've run a half marathon...kidding people = GIRL

If you sleep more than before, a girl is on the way.
Sleep MORE? I don't think that is possible! I have always slept A LOT! = BOY

If you sleep on your right side, a girl is on the way.

Definitely favor my right side. = GIRL

Do you eat the heel of the bread? If so a boy is on the way.
WHAT? Like do I crave it? No!=GIRL

If you have to drink orange juice in the morning, a girl is on her way.
Ummm...I don't eat/drink orange juice like...EVER! = BOY

If mom is happier since she got pregnant, a boy is on the way.

This question shouldn't be allowed...Todd says yes = BOY

Check your youngest child's hair line. Peak= same sex, No Peak = opposite sex
No peak = Girl

Age you were when you conceived/month you conceived
I don't know exactly when I conceived either late Oct or early Nov. Therefore 34/10 (even /even = GIRL) or 34/11 (even/odd = BOY)

According to one of the Chinese Gender Charts:
If I conceived in October = Girl, November = Boy

Total: Girl 10 vs Boy 7

Our spring calendar just got busier.Thankfully, and probably only this once, they are on the same team. Which means same practices, same games, and same time commitments!

16 Week Survey

How far along? 16 weeks

Size of baby? 4.6 inches long (size of an Avocado)

Total weight gain/loss? Lost two more pounds. Down a total of 3 pounds. BUT I know my time will come! I haven't thrown up in 2 1/2 weeks and am starting to crave sweets so I KNOW it's just a matter of time.

Maternity clothes? YES! Several weeks ago I put on my maternity jeans...LOVE THEM! I bought most of my stuff when I was pregnant with Jayden. When my friend Emily got pregnant I let her use them and then added a few things when I was pregnant with Ryland. I lent the stash to Emily again after Ry and got them back after her second baby. J & R are only 30 months apart, so you can imagine between the 4 pregnancies and 6 years, some things are missing and some things need to be missing!

I've been thrifting a little picking up one or two pieces but may have to break down and buy; as thrifting can be hit-or-miss!

Gender? T, J & R ALL say girl. I waiver. I refer to it as "He" but think about girly stuff when I think about buying, decorating, naming, etc. We'll see very soon. My ultrasound is scheduled for Feb. 25th at 9:15!

We have a definite girl's name (which I will totally share either way) and have a couple of idea's for a boy's name but nothing definite.

Movement? YES! It totally caught me off guard the other night. I was sitting on the couch and realized "Oh, I feel a baby moving". So exciting!

What I miss? Nothing really. Now that I'm not throwing up it's been good.

Sleep? Better. I can still sleep on my stomach for short periods of time. There have been several nights when I don't wake up at all. Other nights, just a few times; to go to the bathroom or switch positions.

Symptoms? I burp ALOT (which we quickly blame on "the baby in my belly") and soreness in my lower back.

Notes? I am so excited to find out the gender. I feel like I'm at a stand still until I know!

Cravings? Fruit, sour patch kids, and Valentine's Day conversation hearts!

Best moment of the week? Scheduling the ultrasound date. Have I told you that I'm excited?

What we are looking forward too? Finding out the gender. Hope he/she cooperates!

I'm going to do a Guess the Gender post with all the wives tales and my results soon!

Thank you Tuesday

After coming in from walking on the treadmill (a first in MONTHS), Todd said "it looks like you lost a lot of weight recently. Your arms are so small". I said, "Awww thanks babe. I don't feel like it, my arms feel like 'pregnancy' arms."

But then again, maybe as your belly and ahem chest get bigger maybe your arms do look smaller.

Thanks Hottie!
