9 months old

Sleep
Cooper sleeps from 7:30 pm to 6:00 am (work days, when I have to wake him up) or 6:30 am (school days, when he wakes up).  His naps have gotten more consistent and he usually goes down for his morning nap at 10:00 and his afternoon nap at 2:00.
Eating
He eats 4-6 oz at 5:30/6:30, 9:00, 1:00, 5:00, and 7:30.  We introduced froot loops, crackers, some fruits, and miscellaneous finger foods.  He won't get near veggie puree!  I also stopped breast feeding this month and towards the end of my frozen supply he started refusing the bottles of breast milk.

Play
He continues to sit up, crawl and pull himself up.  With his new found independence we have also instilled new boundaries (closed doors, tipped over stool, gates).  We have brought out the pack n play as a containment effort and resort to the walker when we don't want him to get away!
Other Stuff
First (3/26) & second (4/5) bottom teeth this month.
He is STILL in size 3 diapers. (He is my little peanut).
SAME size clothing.
He will let you know what he wants and doesn't want; batting something away, signing "all done", flapping his arms when he is excited, etc.
He will reaches out for you when he wants you to pick him up and pulls away if he doesn't want someone to hold him.
Cooper at 9 months:
Height: 28 in (26%)
Weight:18 lb 5 oz (15%)
Head: 17.5 in (51%)

He didn't show the same growth as he did at his last visit and is 3 lbs lighter than Jayden & Ryland at 9 months.  I hope his mobility and incoming teeth are contributors and not anything more serious.  The pediatrician says we will just wait and see at the next visit.  On a separate note she is recommending we follow up with the genetic/metabolic specialist referral.  (The pediatric gastroenterologist recommend us to them because of an elevated enzyme in his urine found during the February tests.)  We have an appointment May 25.
